Job summary

Eden Rose in Dubai DIFC is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join its compliance team. This role reports to the Compliance Officer and MLRO, ensuring the firm stays up to date with regulatory requirements and maintains robust compliance policies and procedures.

You will stay current with regulations, contribute to policy updates, and support CDD/KYC processes, risk assessments, and internal controls improvement. ACAMS/ICA certifications are a plus and strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; law degree preferred.
• 2+ years of UAE compliance experience in a financial institution.
• Experience with KYC/ AML investigations is desired.
• ACAMS/ACFCS/ICA or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep up to date with regulations and horizon scanning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement robust compliance policies.
• Maintain CDD profiles for completeness and verification.
• Monitor and improve the controls framework per local policies.
• Support financial crime compliance & related risk assessments.
• Monitor economic sanctions guidance and ensure compliance.
• Support the Legal team on related projects.
