Job summary

Mediclinic International invites applications for a Registered Nurse - Outpatient (Urology Clinic) at Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital, Abu Dhabi. You will deliver patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced outpatient setting, coordinating with a multi-disciplinary team to uphold clinical standards.

Essential: Nursing degree, BLS, minimum two years in your home country; UAE/Urology experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• A valid BLS certificate is required.
• At least two years of nursing experience in the home country is essential.
• UAE experience in a Urology clinic is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team according to clinical standards and laws.
• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with policies and regulations.
• Create a positive patient experience by providing a conducive environment under nursing leadership.
• Mentor and coach learners and nursing staff to build competence.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Provide and coordinate patient-centric and evidence based nursing care by ensuring compliance to ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi professional team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation
• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with clinical risk policies, procedures and relevant legislation
• Take active responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership
• Create and contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence by actively supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing employees

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Essential: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

valid BLS certificate

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Essential: At least two years in own country

Desired: 2 years in a Urology Clinic

Desired:UAE experience would be beneficial

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
