Job summary

Mediclinic Middle East is seeking a dedicated midwife to provide and coordinate patient-centric, evidence-based care for antenatal, intrapartum and postpartum patients and neonates in Al Ain. You will collaborate with a multi-professional team, maintain accurate records, support learning of colleagues, and ensure safety and compliance with regulatory standards and Mediclinic guidelines in daily practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Valid BLS, NRP and PROMPT certifications.
• Minimum of two years of midwifery experience in country of origin.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality midwifery care for antenatal, intrapartum, postpartum women and neonates with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks per policies and legislation.
• Facilitate positive patient and family experiences under nursing leadership.
• Document all nursing interventions accurately and in compliance with standards.
• Mentor and coach learners and staff to build competence.
• Utilize stock and equipment efficiently per Mediclinic guidelines.
