Job summary

Bodyarmor in Dubai seeks a Director, Technical Operations for the Middle East region to drive operational excellence across bottling partners and franchise operations. You will lead manufacturing, supply chain, QSE, and commercialization initiatives, coordinating with regional teams to meet system-wide goals and drive growth.

The role requires 10+ years in related manufacturing roles, strong leadership, and extensive travel to support multiple markets within the franchise.

Qualifications

• Min 10 years of experience in food & beverage manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, quality, safety & environment.
• Proven track record in continuous improvement and lean practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead bottling plant actions to optimize costs and yields.
• Provide technical leadership across TI&SC and franchise partners.
• Collaborate with Franchise Operations Managers to build capabilities.
• Coordinate demand and supply across bottling partners and Supply Chain.
• Develop and execute commercialization and innovation plans.
