Responsibilities

• Lead the Asia and Russia stakeholder portfolio strategy aligned with ADNOC priorities.
• Own the regional account-management framework for Tier 1 & Tier 1+ stakeholders.
• Coordinate executive-ready regional briefings, talking points and decision papers.
• Monitor geopolitical and market developments and advise senior management.
• Ensure One ADNOC consistency in stakeholder communications.
• Represent the division in internal and external forums; support leadership engagements.
