A leading logistics and supply chain company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive the adoption of their SaaS solutions across the Middle East. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to ensuring customer success. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in B2B SaaS sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

As Regional Sales Manager – SaaS Solutions, Logistics & Supply Chain, you’ll have the unique opportunity to drive the adoption of cutting-edge, cloud-based ERP and WMS solutions across the Middle East region.

Position Description

Reporting directly to leadership, you will own the entire sales cycle from market development and opportunity hunting to deal closure and ensuring long-term customer success. This is more than just a sales role; it’s a chance to be at the forefront of digital transformation in one of the world’s most critical industries.

Drive Revenue Growth

Take full ownership of driving top-line growth by expanding the adoption of our SaaS product suite across the Middle East. Your performance will directly fuel the company’s expansion in the region.

Full-Cycle Sales Ownership

Operate as a true hunter, identifying, pursuing, and converting high-potential opportunities. From first contact to final contract, you will own the entire sales cycle and consistently deliver on ambitious targets.

Strategic Sales Planning

Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for Dubai and the wider Middle East. Manage a strong pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and secure marquee clients (“key logos”) that strengthen our regional footprint.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with pre-sales, product management, and delivery teams to create winning solutions, ensuring seamless handovers and flawless execution of customer commitments.

Technology Evangelism

Showcase the transformative value of company’s ERP and WMS platforms. Position yourself as a trusted advisor who helps customers unlock efficiency, scale, and digital transformation.

RFI / RFP Leadership

Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all RFIs and RFPs. Work hand-in-hand with pre-sales and product experts to craft compelling, customer-centric proposals that win competitive deals.

Customer Success & Retention

Go beyond closing the deal, ensure adoption, satisfaction, and measurable results for your clients. Build deep, long-term relationships that drive repeat business and position the company as the preferred partner.

Qualifications

  • Must have experience in building relationships and trust with clients
  • Currently in an active hunting sales role with strong exposure to the Middle East market
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS or technology product sales with consistent quota achievement
  • Experience or exposure to the supply chain and logistics industry (ERP, WMS, freight forwarding software preferred)
  • Should be both sales and operationally inclined – can sell as well as deliver
  • Should be familiar with solution selling concepts and methodologies
  • Strong consultative selling skills – listening, attention to details, ability to probe and offer insight
  • Self- motivated and has a competitive drive
  • Strong organization, communication and decision-making skills
  • The ability to quickly establish trust and build long-term executive level relationships with clients is critical to this position
  • The ability to establish partnerships by selling at a higher level and avoid transactional business models
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be fluent in English
  • Highly credible with strong references from customers, peers, or prior employers
  • Thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments; agile and solutions-oriented
  • Comfortable working with global platforms and collaborating with multi-cultural teams
