Position Description
Reporting directly to leadership, you will own the entire sales cycle from market development and opportunity hunting to deal closure and ensuring long-term customer success. Drive Revenue Growth
Take full ownership of driving top-line growth by expanding the adoption of our SaaS product suite across the Middle East. Your performance will directly fuel the company’s expansion in the region.
Full-Cycle Sales Ownership
Operate as a true hunter, identifying, pursuing, and converting high-potential opportunities. From first contact to final contract, you will own the entire sales cycle and consistently deliver on ambitious targets.
Strategic Sales Planning
Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for Dubai and the wider Middle East. Manage a strong pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and secure marquee clients (“key logos”) that strengthen our regional footprint.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with pre-sales, product management, and delivery teams to create winning solutions, ensuring seamless handovers and flawless execution of customer commitments.
Technology Evangelism
Showcase the transformative value of company’s ERP and WMS platforms. Position yourself as a trusted advisor who helps customers unlock efficiency, scale, and digital transformation.
RFI / RFP Leadership
Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all RFIs and RFPs. Work hand-in-hand with pre-sales and product experts to craft compelling, customer-centric proposals that win competitive deals.
Customer Success & Retention
Go beyond closing the deal, ensure adoption, satisfaction, and measurable results for your clients. Build deep, long-term relationships that drive repeat business and position the company as the preferred partner.
