Qualifications

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in retail media or performance marketing, with regional or multi-market exposure strongly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience using data to drive improvements.
• Experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end performance management and optimization for advertising campaigns.
• Conduct regional performance reviews across local markets.
• Develop and track performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CVR).
• Provide regional insights to local Retail Media Leads.
• Detect early risks of under-delivery on revenue targets.
• Drive test-and-learn initiatives and collaborate with teams.
