Tandem Search is seeking a Partner to build and lead its Metals & Mining and Chemicals practice in the Middle East. You will own the regional P&L, grow a book with producers, investors and government entities, and convert first engagements into long-term multi-practice relationships.

The role requires 15+ years in management consulting, current Partner status with 3+ years P&L accountability, and a proven, portable USD 5m+ annual revenue book. GCC senior relationships are essential.

Competenze

• 15+ years of management consulting experience with top-tier firms.
• Currently a Partner or equivalent with 3+ years of P&L and sales accountability.
• Proven, portable book of business, typically USD 5m in annual originated revenue.
• Deep metals & mining and/or chemicals expertise with active senior relationships in the GCC.
• Track record of leading complex programmes and building high-performing teams.

Mansioni

• Originate and sell new work with mining companies, metals producers, petrochemical and chemicals players, sovereign funds and government entities.
• Act as trusted advisor to C-suite, boards and ministries, growing anchor accounts into multi-year relationships.
• Lead multiple engagements across growth strategy, downstream and value-chain integration, operational excellence, capital projects, decarbonisation, M&A and digital transformation.
• Build the firm''s regional point of view on industrial development and energy transition.
• Shape practice strategy and offerings, developing consultants into future partners.
