Job summary

Flyper in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Merchandiser to manage product ranges and drive sales across stores in the region. The role requires hands-on oversight of stock levels, assortment planning, and promotional activity to maximise performance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in merchandising (preferably UAE/GCC), strong communication and negotiation skills, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ merchandising experience, preferably within UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of product ranges, stock control and promotions.
• Excellent communication, customer service, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage product ranges and sales across stores in the region.
• Monitor stock levels and sales performance; introduce new products/brands.
