We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Merchandiser in Abu-Dhabi. The successful applicant will be part of a vibrant retail environment, responsible for helping to create a positive shopping experience for customers.

The ideal candidate should have a good eye for detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to work well under pressure. We are looking for someone with minimal working experience in this field who is eager to learn and grow professionally.

Primary Responsibilities

• Developing promotional strategies and campaigns in order to drive sales;
• Ensuring that all products are properly displayed on shelves;
• Liaising with store teams on the implementation of promotional activities;
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering new supplies when necessary;
• Ensuring that displays conform to company standards;
• Coordinating with suppliers regarding deliveries, pricing and promotions;
• Keeping track of customer feedback and responding to queries in a timely manner;
• Assisting with any other duties assigned by the manager.

The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, have the ability to multitask effectively, and be comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Additionally, they should have basic IT knowledge as well as an understanding of retail trends and market demographics. The position offers a competitive salary of 1600 AED per month.
