Job summary

Wood is seeking a Regional Internal Controls Manager to lead and enhance the financial control framework across the designated region, ensuring rigorous operationalisation of the RACM and strengthening governance.

You will partner with Regional Finance Controllers, BU Controllers and Group Internal Controls to monitor compliance, remediate control gaps, and provide training and support to in-country finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Supports the effective operation and continuous improvement of the financial control environment across the assigned region.
• Ensures rigorous operationalisation of the RACM at regional level and provides oversight, monitoring, and training to in-country finance teams.
• Collaborates with Regional Finance Controllers, BU Controllers and Group Internal Controls to strengthen governance and remediation of control gaps.
