Job description

Our client are looking for an experienced HR manager with both international and UAE experience within a large corporate environment, to join and assist in helping to strategically structure and grow the organisation.

You must have a significant amount of experience in HR and change management and have the ability to implement and improve HR policy frameworks, processes and tools. You must be able to travel across the region and assist the Country Director in the growth and development of the organisation within the region. You must be energetic and driven and operated successfully in an international matrix & multi cultural business. You will also be there to help drive the business strategy and targets of the organization within the region. Salary 30-40k AED/month dependent on experience. Must have CIPD or SHRM.
