About the Role

Main Responsibilities

As a leader in Institutional Affairs, you will drive Ferrero’s engagement with public officials, legislators, and key institutions, forging impactful relationships through strategic associations and organizations. Your expertise will shape external communications, ensuring the Company’s voice resonates with government bodies and industry groups. Focused on advocacy, you will protect and advance Ferrero’s interests, navigate complex regulations, and champion initiatives that secure public support and funding. This role is pivotal in elevating Ferrero’s presence, influence, and reputation regionally and nationally.

In this role, you will oversee the company's charitable contributions and community engagement within regional or national initiatives. You'll advise the executive team on reputation management, ensuring stakeholder perspectives are considered in complex decisions.

As the Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability Lead, you will coordinate regional projects, align cross-functional efforts, and foster partnerships with key organizations to promote Ferrero’s responsible image. Your role ensures the company’s sustainability strategies are effective and widely recognized. This role defines and manages partnerships to enhance Ferrero’s reputation and supports initiatives such as KinderJoy of Moving.

You’ll oversee corporate narratives and digital brand PR, manage public relations and online reputation, and serve as spokesperson for the region. This includes handling crisis communications, in alignment with Group process, and maintaining strong relationships with media, consumer groups, NGOs, and other stakeholders to support Ferrero’s image and CSR initiatives.

Who we are looking for

Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of sustainability and corporate reputation? Ferrero is seeking a driven professional with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in government, communications, public relations, or a related field from an accredited institution.

We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in the public sector, ideally with a robust network and experience negotiating with government bodies across the Gulf Countries. You will bring at least 15 years of directly relevant experience, including a minimum of five years in a management role. Previous exposure to the food & beverages or FMCG industry is highly valued.

Fluency in English is essential, while native Arabic speaking skills are a must. Experience living and working in the Gulf Countries is required.
