A leading HR consultancy is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to optimize distribution for FMCG products in the Abu Dhabi Emirate. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales/marketing management within the FMCG industry. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. The ideal candidate will develop marketing strategies and manage key accounts to enhance product visibility.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum Sales and/or Marketing management experience in FMCG industry.
• Prior experience in Key Account Management / Trade Marketing / Sales and Distribution.
• Strong communication and presentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans to build-up weighted distribution in each region/city/town.
• Initiate & develop annual marketing plan and follow-up on implementation.
• Play a central role in steering Key Account Management.
