Job summary
Core Laboratories is seeking a Region Engineering Advisor to own all engineering and technical aspects of ProTechnics within an assigned regional area. You will leverage your strong engineering background in completion technology to build leadership in the oil and gas community and provide technical guidance to clients and internal teams.
The role involves reviewing technical reports, supporting sales, delivering presentations, and engaging with SPE forums while developing a library of case
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years in oil & gas required.
- Experience in completion operations and hydraulic fracturing is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Reviews technical reports and interprets them for clients.
- Provides technical support to the sales team and clients.
- Performs well reviews and advisement to clients.
- Writes and presents technical papers at meetings and societies (e.g., SPE).
- Participates in regional technical forums and maintains a case history library.
- Provides completion diagnostic engineering support and optimization consulting.
- Delivers training to sales teams on plays/Formations.
