Job summary

Nord Anglia Education is seeking a Regional Digital Junior Executive (Freelance) to join our Middle East Regional Office in Dubai. You will help launch, manage and improve digital advertising campaigns across the Middle East, ensuring campaigns are on-brand and drive awareness and quality enquiries.

The role focuses on setting up campaigns, monitoring performance, and coordinating assets with regional teams, with additional SEO support.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in a marketing team, agency or client side.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta advertising.
• Good analytical skills with understanding of ROI and KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and launching campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
• Checking targeting, naming, copy, creative, links and scheduling before campaigns go live.
• Monitoring spend, pacing and performance, and making routine optimisations within guardrails.
• Flagging underperformance and tracking problems promptly.
• Checking URLs, UTMs and conversion tracking before launch.
• Preparing weekly performance updates and keeping campaign trackers up to date.
• Coordinating creative assets, approvals and launch calendars with regional and school MAC teams.
• Supporting SEO work, including keyword research, metadata updates and blog optimisation.

Nord Anglia Education is looking for a Regional Digital Junior Executive (Freelance) to join our Middle East Regional Office in Dubai.

Working with the Regional Head of Digital, you will help launch, manage and improve digital advertising campaigns for our schools across the Middle East, making sure campaigns are accurate, on-brand and drive awareness and quality enquiries.

The role:

We seek an individual to join as a Regional Digital Junior Executive (Freelance) where your focus will be:

• Setting up and launching approved campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
• Checking targeting, naming, copy, creative, links and scheduling before campaigns go live
• Monitoring spend, pacing and performance, and making routine optimisations within agreed guardrails
• Flagging underperformance, tracking problems and platform disapprovals promptly
• Checking URLs, UTMs and conversion tracking before launch
• Preparing weekly performance updates and keeping campaign trackers up to date
• Coordinating creative assets, approvals and launch calendars with regional and school MAC teams
• Supporting SEO work, including keyword research, metadata updates and blog optimisation

The Successful Candidate will possess:

• 3 years’ experience in a marketing team, agency or client side
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta advertising
• Good analytical skills, with an understanding of ROI and KPIs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Experience working with people from different cultures and nationalities
• Experience with Power BI or Looker Studio, or in education or a performance marketing agency (desirable)
