Job summary

Thales in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a seasoned Program/Project Manager to lead the PAY Digital delivery across the CIS, Middle East and Africa regions. You will guide a team of Project Managers, align with regional sales and CSM teams, and drive on-time, on-budget project delivery.

This role requires a bachelor's in computer science, 10+ years of people management, PMP or equivalent certification, and fluency in English; knowledge of SaaS, AWS, Docker and Kubernetes is expected, with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
10+ years of people management experience.
PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Experience with SaaS PM tools and cloud environments (AWS).
Experience collaborating with international customers and teams.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
Ability to make decisions and take initiative.
Knowledge in program and risk management.
Fluent professional English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for PAY Digital customers across CIS Middle East and Africa.
Drive project and service delivery to meet TTM and revenue margin objectives.
Lead a team of Project Managers and mentor on best PM practices.
Align with regional sales and CSM teams on engagement strategies.
Maintain relationships with strategic PAY Digital customers.
Resolve roadblocks and ensure alignment with Thales PAY strategy.
Conduct capacity planning to ensure staffing.
Coach and develop Project Managers and technologies.
Ensure high CSAT and NPS; lead postmortems for improvements.
Optimize delivery efficiency and cost-to-serve.
