Optasia in Dubai is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to oversee customer value management and marketing campaigns. The role involves analyzing regional market data to inform product and campaign strategies and requires substantial hands-on experience in data analytics within the fintech sector.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of data analytics and CVM experience, preferably within fintech, telecom, or banking sectors.
• Hands-on experience designing and executing CVM or upsell/cross‑sell campaigns with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Solid understanding of cohort analysis, funnel metrics, customer lifetime value, and campaign attribution.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a deep analytical understanding of regional markets and user base.
• Design, build, and own end‑to‑end CVM campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance in real time and iterate based on results.
• Produce regular performance dashboards for internal stakeholders.
