Qualifications

• Law degree focused on corporate/business law or related field.
• 2+ years of corporate governance, corporate secretarial work, corporate law, or legal entity management experience in a large org.
• Experience supporting entities across multiple jurisdictions, preferably Middle East.

Responsabilités

• Manage regional corporate governance for Schneider Electric entities in the Middle East and Africa.
• Maintain and update DiliTrust Governance and governance records.
• Coordinate board meetings and governance-related filings and reports.
• Support M&A, restructurings, and entity life-cycle activities across the region.
• Provide guidance on regulatory developments and governance best practices.
