Job summary

NEP Group in Dubai is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to act as the primary finance partner for regional commercial, operational and delivery teams across the Middle East & Asia. You will deliver timely financial insights, challenge plans and support profitable growth.

The role requires fully qualified CIMA or ACCA credentials with 7+ years in commercial finance, strong Excel and ERP skills, and the ability to collaborate across geographies and time zones.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified CIMA or ACCA accountant.
• 7+ years post-qualification experience in commercial finance or FP&A.
• Proven track record partnering with sales, commercial, revenue-generating or operational delivery teams.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insight.
• High emotional intelligence and capability to engage across geographies and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance partner to commercial, operational and delivery teams across the Middle East & Asia region, supporting the Commercial Operations Manager role.
• Own financial review of forecasts, pricing, contracts, ensuring margin integrity and risk management.
• Lead budgeting/forecasting and provide dashboards for regional leadership.
• Partner with operational/delivery teams to understand cost drivers and project economics.
• Support post-project financial reviews and feed learnings into future pricing/planning.
• Prepare monthly management reporting for regional leaders and CFO.
• Coach and develop two junior analysts.
