Role Overview
The Regional Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving commercial growth across the GCC region by developing strategic relationships, expanding market presence, and securing new business opportunities. This role requires strong regional experience, a proven track record in business development, and the ability to build long-term partnerships across multiple sectors in the Data Center Industry.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Sales
- Develop and execute a business development strategy for the GCC region.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across target industries.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with consistent revenue growth.
- Lead the full sales cycle, including client discovery, proposals, presentations, negotiations, and contract signing.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, decision-makers, and partners across the region.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for cross‑selling and expanding existing client accounts.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitor positioning, and sector trends.
- Provide regular insights and recommendations to leadership to support strategic planning.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with delivery, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client engagements.
- Support the development of marketing materials, proposals, and value propositions.
- Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5–10 years of business development experience in the GCC region.
- Experience in consulting, professional services, technology, or related B2B environments is advantageous.
- Strong network and understanding of GCC business culture and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to build relationships at C-level and close high-value deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self‑motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced setting.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required.
