We’re seeking experienced and certified Reformer Pilates Instructors to join a dynamic, high-energy team delivering exceptional classes under a modern, community-focused concept. Key Responsibilities

• Teach engaging 45–50 minute Reformer Pilates classes following brand methodology and format.
• Deliver a premium client experience through professional cueing, strong communication, and motivational energy.
• Maintain studio presentation standards — punctuality, cleanliness, and professionalism are essential.
• Build and nurture member relationships to strengthen community engagement and retention.
• Participate in workshops, events, and team initiatives that support continuous development and brand growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor (Balanced Body, STOTT, Polestar, BASI, or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year experience in instructing group Reformer Pilates, small‑group training, and private Pilates sessions
• Energetic, polished, and professional personality with strong communication skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Passionate about results, movement, and fostering community connection
• Adaptable and able to follow established class structure and delivery standards
