We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Supervisor with hands‑on experience in AWP or Earthmoving equipment to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi!

Job Purpose

The Recruitment Supervisor will lead and manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities for technical, operational, and commercial roles within the equipment rental business. The role focuses on hiring specialized talent such as Service Engineers, Technicians, Operators, Sales Managers, Fleet Specialists, and Yard/Operations staff, ensuring timely hiring aligned with business growth plans across UAE and Oman operations.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Management
  • End‑to‑end recruitment for technical and non‑technical positions across equipment rental business lines (AWP, Earthmoving, Scaffolding).
  • Handle bulk hiring for Operators, Technicians, and Service Engineers based on project and fleet expansion requirements.
  • Coordinate manpower planning with Department Heads (Service, Operations, Sales, Asset, Finance).
Sourcing Strategy & Talent Partnering
  • Develop strong sourcing channels: recruitment agencies, job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct headhunting.
  • Build a talent pipeline for critical roles like AWP Technicians, Earthmoving Mechanics, and Service Engineers.
  • Maintain relationships with key recruitment agencies and negotiate terms and SLAs.
Shortlisting & Selection
  • Screen CVs for technical competency relevant to equipment rental operations.
  • Coordinate technical interviews with Service & Operations Managers.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking based on market trends and internal pay structure.
Offer Management & Onboarding
  • Prepare and release offer letters as per approved compensation structure.
  • Support HR Ops team in documentation, onboarding, and visa process alignment.
  • Ensure smooth joining experience and coordinate with Admin/PRO for visa, medical, and joining formalities.
Recruitment Data & Reporting
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring dashboards.
  • Track Metrics: Time to Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Joining Ratio, Cost per Hire.
  • Provide weekly hiring reports to HR Manager / HRBP.
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of equipment rental industry hiring (AWP, Earthmoving, Heavy Equipment).
  • Experience in hiring blue-collar and white-collar roles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management with technical & operational teams.
