Job Description
  1. Lead full-cycle talent acquisition by managing job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding while building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
  2. Partner closely with hiring managers and external agencies to define role requirements, provide recruitment updates, manage overseas hiring, and ensure smooth deployment and workforce planning.
  3. Manage HRIS and personnel records by maintaining accurate recruitment, onboarding, visa, and employee documentation, ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and data integrity standards.
  4. Support employee relations and HR operations by serving as a first point of contact for employee concerns, assisting in dispute resolution, tracking recruitment metrics, preparing reports, and supporting daily HR administrative tasks.
Qualifications
  1. Open to Asian nationals aged 40 and below with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
  2. Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  3. Proficient in MS Office with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
