Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements for all positions (sales, technical, admin) across GCC and MEA.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and referrals.
• Approach and engage passive candidates to assess interest and fit.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and commitment.
• Shortlist top candidates and schedule interviews with management.
• Maintain recruitment records and track candidate pipelines.
