We’re Hiring: Researcher / Resourcer – Legal Recruitment (Remote, UAE Hours)

📍 Remote | 🕘 Must work UAE hours (9am–5pm Gulf Standard Time) | 🔍 Legal Recruitment | 🌍 Middle East Focus | 🧭 Min. 3 years recruitment experience (incl. 1+ year in Legal)

We are expanding our Legal & In‑House recruitment practice and are looking for an experienced Researcher / Resourcer to support high‑profile legal searches across the Middle East. We require someone with strong experience in the legal sector and solid knowledge of regional Middle East hiring.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct structured market research and produce targeted long‑lists.
  • Build and refine Boolean search strings across LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Map law firms, in‑house legal departments, and specialist legal talent across the UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain.
  • Screen profiles for relevance (PQE, sector expertise, qualifications, languages).
  • Set up and manage LinkedIn search projects and support candidate outreach.
  • Collaborate closely with senior consultants on mid–senior in‑house legal mandates.
  • Maintain structured, accurate search data across projects.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years recruitment experience, including 1+ year specialising in Legal recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of the Middle East legal market and in‑house hiring landscape.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent written communication and strong judgement when assessing candidate suitability.
  • Comfortable working at pace and supporting multiple simultaneous searches.
Work Hours

Remote role but must be worked on UAE hours: 9am–5pm Gulf Standard Time (GST).
