Role Purpose
The Recruitment Officer supports the end-to-end hiring process across the company's global fintech, brokerage, and crypto divisions. The role combines strategic talent acquisition insight with operational delivery excellence - ensuring every hire is market-informed, data-driven, and candidate-centered.
This position balances research, execution, and relationship management, delivering fast and accurate hiring while maintaining strong pipelines, informed market knowledge, and an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Delivery
- the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles - from requisition intake to onboarding handover — ensuring speed, accuracy, and compliance with internal processes.
- Conduct detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to define requirements, competencies, and success criteria for each role.
- Forecast and prioritize hiring needs in collaboration with the Head of Recruitment and business leads, maintaining proactive pipelines for high-priority and recurring roles to support business continuity and reduce time-to-fill.
- Execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and competitor mapping) to attract top talent.
- Screen, evaluate, and present shortlisted candidates with complete summaries (experience, skill alignment, and compensation details).
- Coordinate interview logistics, gather structured feedback, and ensure timely communication at every stage.
- Lead offer negotiation discussions to ensure final offers are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company’s best interests — balancing candidate expectations with internal consistency and budget parameters.
- Maintain up-to-date data in the ATS and recruitment tracker to ensure visibility of pipelines, statuses, and conversion metrics.
2. Candidate Journey Ownership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely, transparent, and professional communication.
- Provide consistent updates to candidates from initial contact to final outcome, reflecting the company’s values and professionalism.
- Gather candidate feedback post-interview to measure experience quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with HR to ensure smooth transitions from offer acceptance to onboarding, including document collection and start-date readiness.
- Promote a positive candidate experience that reinforces the employer brand, regardless of hiring outcome.
3. Market Research & Intelligence
- Monitor recruitment trends, salary movements, and competitor activities across fintech, brokerage, and crypto sectors.
- Develop quarterly market insight reports highlighting talent availability, hiring challenges, and compensation benchmarks.
- Maintain active talent maps for recurring or strategic roles to support proactive hiring.
- Share market findings and recommendations during recruitment strategy reviews with leadership.
4. Stakeholder & Process Coordination
- Partner with HR, Finance, and department heads to align hiring priorities and streamline approvals and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Recruitment to enhance sourcing practices, reporting templates, and process consistency.
- Support internal communication by maintaining weekly role status updates, pending approvals, and forecasted closures.
- Ensure adherence to internal governance, confidentiality, and documentation standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within fintech, crypto, or financial services industries.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions across regions with high responsiveness.
- Strong research and analytical skills for market intelligence and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and Excel-based reporting.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and adaptable in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
