We are a boutique executive search firm operating in UAE for the last 15 years specialised financial services. We are looking for an energetic Recruitment Specialist. The successful candidate will be a multitasking person able to handle various roles simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • In-charge of the Recruitment process
  • Qualify candidates through telephone screening and targeted interviews, assessing suitability according to specific job requirements.
  • Collect detailed candidate information, including work experience, skills, motivations, availability, and compensation expectations for database records.
  • Maintain proactive and professional candidate communication by managing calls, follow-ups, and updates throughout the recruitment pipeline.
  • Schedule, organize, and confirm interviews between candidates and clients while managing calendars for all stakeholders in various time zones
  • Prepare candidates for interviews by briefing them on client expectations, share best practice tips and company information to maximize their readiness.
  • Support candidates and clients during feedback and negotiation processes.
  • Execute the offer management stage, confirming candidate acceptance, collecting required documentation, and communicating start details to both parties.
  • Keep precise and confidential candidate records and maintain up-to-date tracking in the agency’s recruitment database.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates from the offer acceptance through their start date, ensuring they remain engaged and fully informed throughout the onboarding process.
  • Proactively follow up with placed candidates during their probation period to address any concerns, offer guidance, and gather feedback—supporting both candidate retention and client satisfaction
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of recruitment experience in international environment
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in organizing interviews in various time-zones
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas, work on delivery targets
  • Willing to work in a fast peace environment in a small entity in Dubai
