We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Recruitment Officer to join the team of our client, a leading governmental authority in Dubai.

This is a 9-month contract position (renewable), with the opportunity to contribute to a high‑impact recruitment function supporting organisational growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and engage suitable candidates through job portals, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, send confirmations, and manage logistics.
  • Candidate Engagement: Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Assist in collecting and verifying required documents, ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate records, update recruitment trackers, and generate regular status reports.
  • Onboarding Support: Coordinate with HR and relevant departments to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Follow‑up & Feedback: Conduct timely follow‑ups with candidates and hiring teams, gathering feedback to enhance recruitment processes.
