Job summary

A leading luxury goods company in Dubai seeks a proactive recruitment executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities focused on Emiratization initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead high-volume recruitment while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. A Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and at least one year of recruitment experience are required. UAE Nationals holding a valid family book are encouraged to apply.

This position requires someone who can handle high volume recruitment while ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Support and drive Emiratization recruitment efforts in line with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and provide effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build and manage talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Coordinate interviewing scheduling, assessments, and offer management in a timely manner.
  • Maintain recruitment records and reports with accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, organizational policies, and confidentiality standards.
Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
