Recruiter/Sales Specialist

Overview

About Us: At Healthcare Abroad, we specialise in recruiting UK, Irish, and South African Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists (SLTs), and Physiotherapists to work in Australia, New Zealand, and Dubai.

Responsibilities
  • Candidate Pre-Placement Support: Assist candidates with transferring healthcare licenses and relocation questions. We will provide you with a strong pipeline of candidates with resources and support provided. Additional sourcing is encouraged for those looking to increase earnings.
  • Candidate Placement: Manage and place candidates with our existing network of partnered businesses in Australia/NZ/UAE, including candidate phone screens, organising interviews, and reference checks.
  • Business Development: Outreach to businesses across Australia/NZ/UAE to expand our network and secure more partnerships.
  • Candidate Post Placement Support: Follow up with candidates once they have arrived and settled into their roles, including linking candidates with others in the same location with potential to organise socials.
  • CRM Management: Keep our CRM system updated with candidate information and placement status, as well as business details.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Applicants already based in Dubai are highly preferred
  • Previous experience in recruitment or sales (healthcare knowledge is a bonus).
  • First-hand experience of living or traveling in Australia and/or New Zealand.
  • Passion for supporting others to work abroad.
  • Comfortable being involved in social media (no content editing required).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and clients effectively.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms for candidate searching is a plus.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for business development and relationship building.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple candidates and business relationships.
  • Autonomous/able to work independently, and happy to work within a small team.
