About The PositionWynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join the resort’s Talent Acquisition team.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities- Utilize channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on job criteria.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks to verify qualifications and experience.
- Assist in onboarding by preparing offer letters, facilitating orientation, and ensuring resources are available for new hires.
- Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate recruitment activity records.
- Ensure recruitment complies with local labor laws and company policies.
- Track and report recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and source of hire.
- Develop relationships with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and external partners.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager, HR, and Line Managers on manpower planning and documentation.
- Complete administrative tasks supporting vacancy advertising and selection processes.
- Review and update selection process materials regularly.
- Ensure timely onboarding with correct paperwork for new hires.
- Maintain recruitment records, including costs and candidate information.
- Develop and implement attraction strategies balancing local, GCC/Middle East, and overseas activities.
About YouThe ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Previous recruitment or HR experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail for accuracy in documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building candidate and stakeholder relationships.
- The ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and improve recruitment processes.
