Job summary

Huda Beauty is seeking a driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, proactively sourcing and building high-quality pipelines while partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.

In this fast-paced, founder-led beauty business, you will conduct screening calls, interview candidates, and coordinate offers to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment, talent acquisition or executive search, from fast-paced environments.
• Proven sourcing experience and ability to engage passive talent across functions and seniorities.
• Skilled at interviewing and assessing technical capability and culture fit.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies without compromising quality or candidate experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with hiring managers and leaders.
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong ownership.

Summary:

We are looking for a driven and highly organised Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us attract exceptional talent to Huda Beauty. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers across the business, you will support end-to-end recruitment across a variety of functions and levels, with a strong focus on proactive sourcing, candidate experience and building high-quality talent pipelines. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who loves finding great people, can confidently manage multiple searches at once and is excited to be part of a high-growth, founder-led beauty business.

Please note that this role is 12-month fixed term contract.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions, from sourcing and screening through to interviews, selection and offer management.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Proactively source and engage high-quality talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks and other sourcing channels
• Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates' experience, skills, motivations and cultural fit with Huda Beauty.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers, providing clear interview feedback and recommendations.
• Coordinate and manage interview processes, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure timely feedback and hiring decisions.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the recruitment process.
• Support the preparation and management of offers, working closely with the wider People + Culture team to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, recruitment activity and job requisitions within our Applicant Tracking System (Workable).
• Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular updates to the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers on pipeline activity and hiring timelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies and the overall candidate experience.
• Support wider Talent Acquisition initiatives, projects and employer branding activities as required.

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or executive search, ideally within a fast-paced in-house or agency environment
• Strong hands-on sourcing experience with the ability to identify and engage passive talent across a range of functions and seniority levels
• Confident conducting candidate interviews and assessing both technical capability and culture fit
• Experience managing multiple vacancies and priorities at the same time without compromising on quality or candidate experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
• Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and an Applicant Tracking System; Workable experience is a plus
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Passion for beauty and an interest in the Huda Beauty brand and culture is a plus
