Huda Beauty is seeking a sharp, fast, and creatively intuitive Junior Video Editor to join our Post Production team. This social-first role focuses on platform-native content that captures Huda Beauty's rhythm, pace, and visual identity, delivering on brief and on time.

You will work with the Head of Post Production and cross-functional teams, editing content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and contributing to refining our editing style and workflows.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of professional video editing experience with social content focus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; After Effects is a plus.
• Strong understanding of social formats (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Portfolio/showreel required to be considered for this role.
• Excellent communication and collaborative working style.

Summary

We are looking for a sharp, fast, and creatively intuitive Junior Video Editor to join our Post Production team. This is a social-first role: your primary scope is developing platform-native content that captures Huda Beauty's rhythm, pace, and visual identity, consistently on brief and on time. You'll work closely with the Head of Post Production and cross-functional teams across Creative, Social, and Production.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Social Content (Primary Focus)

• Produce fast-turnaround, platform-optimized video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms - reels, stories, tutorials, UGC-style edits, and product launches.
• Translate briefs into polished edits that feel native to the platform and true to the Huda Beauty brand aesthetic: pace, rhythm, sound, and color.
• Develop a strong instinct for what performs, staying on top of trends, platform behavior, and audience expectations within the beauty space.
• Work at speed without sacrificing quality; manage simultaneous edits across multiple formats and timelines.
• Collaborate closely with the Social and Creative teams to align edits with campaign direction and publishing schedules.

Post Production & Craft

• Execute polished edits with strong attention to detail and sound: music selection and pacing - and motion graphics where required.
• Ensure all deliverables meet Huda Beauty's brand standards across resolution, format, and platform specs.
• Maintain organized project files, asset libraries, and export pipelines within the team's workflow.
• Contribute to the refinement of the team's editing style guide and post-production workflows.

AI

• Working knowledge of AI-assisted editing tools is expected, whether for efficiency, ideation, or workflow enhancement.
• Proactively explore and flag emerging AI tools relevant to post production and content creation.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional video editing experience, with a strong and demonstrable focus on social content.
• Working proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; additional fluency in After Effects.
• Deep understanding of social platform formats, specs, and content trends, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Ability to edit at pace across multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Strong ear for sound: music selection and audio pacing, and a working grasp of motion graphics.
• Working knowledge of AI editing tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style.
• High degree of accountability and ownership.
• Previous experience working in a post-production house, agency, or in-house brand.
• Previous experience editing content for a beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brand.
• A portfolio or showreel is required to be considered for this role.
