Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Key responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, building a robust candidate pipeline, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The Recruiter will also play a key role in supporting employer branding efforts and maintaining accurate recruitment records.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Experience in talent acquisition strategies and employer branding initiatives
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates
• Organizational and multitasking skills to manage recruitment workflows effectively
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
• Ability to work in an on-site environment and adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural workplace
• Relevant certifications in recruitment or HR and experience in the UAE market are advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
