Job summary

Kavak in Dubai seeks a dedicated recovery driver to join our GCC expansion. You will operate recovery trucks, respond to breakdowns, and transport vehicles to specified locations with safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates hold a UAE manual 3 ton license, have 2–3 years driving experience, know Dubai roads well, and can handle towing gear with care. Flexible hours including emergencies are expected.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE manual 3 ton driving license is required.
• Minimum 2–3 years driving experience, preferably in recovery/towing.
• Must have good knowledge of Dubai roads and traffic regulations.
• Ability to operate towing equipment and securely load vehicles.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Operate recovery or towing vehicles to transport cars and light vehicles safely.
• Respond to breakdowns, accidents, and vehicle recovery requests.
• Load and secure vehicles properly to avoid damage during transport.
• Deliver recovered vehicles to workshops, vendors, or customer locations.
• Ensure recovery operations follow road safety and procedures.
• Conduct daily inspection and basic maintenance of the recovery vehicle.
• Maintain proper documentation for each recovery task.
• Communicate with logistics team regarding job updates and location status.
• Provide professional customer service during recovery operations.

Job Description

• Operate recovery or towing vehicles to transport cars and light vehicles safely.
  
• Respond to breakdowns, accidents, and vehicle recovery requests.
  
• Load and secure vehicles properly on the recovery truck to avoid damage during transport.
  
• Deliver recovered vehicles to designated locations such as workshops, Vendor, or customer locations.
