Job summary

SearchPlus HR partners with a leading UAE healthcare facility to recruit a Consultant Reconstructive Surgeon. The role involves advanced reconstructive procedures to restore function and appearance for patients with complex tissue defects, trauma, congenital conditions, or post-surgical issues.

The ideal candidate holds recognised specialist qualifications (UK CCT, Western, American, Australian, or South African boards) and demonstrates extensive post-qualification experience, microsurgery

Qualifications

• Recognised specialist qualification in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
• Extensive post-specialisation clinical and surgical experience.
• Proven expertise in complex reconstructive procedures.
• Experience in microsurgery, flap reconstruction, and skin grafting.
• Excellent surgical judgement and patient-management skills.
• Eligibility for Consultant-level licensing in the UAE, subject to DHA, DOH, or MOH requirements and credential verification.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced reconstructive procedures to restore function and appearance for patients with complex tissue defects, traumatic injuries, congenital conditions, and post-surgical complications.
• Provide expert patient management and contribute to multidisciplinary care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing advanced reconstructive procedures to restore function, improve appearance, and treat patients with complex tissue defects, traumatic injuries, congenital conditions, and post-surgical complications.
