Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly professional manner.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and patient check-ins/check-outs.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with documentation.
  • Handle billing and insurance coordination in collaboration with the accounts team.
  • Support the medical staff with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients providing a warm and professional welcome while ensuring smooth front-desk operations in a busy medical center located in Motor City Dubai.
