The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing professional and courteous assistance while managing front‑desk operations efficiently. The role includes handling incoming calls, coordinating with departments, supporting administrative tasks, and maintaining a welcoming environment that reflects the company’s image and culture.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail or courier deliveries.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
  • Handle basic administrative duties such as document filing, photocopying, and correspondence support.
  • Assist in travel coordination, courier arrangements, and employee communication as needed.
  • Provide support during corporate events and employee activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and facility management for office maintenance requests.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality of all information handled.
  • Individual contributor role.
  • Collaborates with HR, Administration, and other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
