We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Arabic-speaking Receptionist to join our hotel. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service handle front-desk operations efficiently and create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process
Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries in Arabic and English
Manage reservations room assignments and guest requests
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Handle payments and maintain accurate records
Provide information about hotel services facilities and local attractions
Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
Fluent in Arabic and English (additional languages are a plus)
Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles (preferred)
Professional appearance and friendly communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera PMS or similar is an advantage)
Ability to work in shifts including weekends and holidays
