Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain and organize office documents, records, and correspondence.
- Support the management and sales team with daily administrative operations.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and update client records.
- Prepare reports, assist in documentation for property listings, and coordinate internal communication.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role (real estate experience is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree (BS) required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Presentable, proactive, and customer-oriented personality.
