Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain and organize office documents, records, and correspondence.
  • Support the management and sales team with daily administrative operations.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and update client records.
  • Prepare reports, assist in documentation for property listings, and coordinate internal communication.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
Requirements
  • Female candidates only
  • Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role (real estate experience is a plus).
