Job summary

A leading technology firm seeks a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant in Dubai to support its facilities department. The ideal candidate will greet visitors, handle calls, prepare security badges, and manage office supplies. Applicants should have strong customer service skills, experience in a receptionist role, and fluency in both English and Arabic. This is a full-time office-based position exclusive to Emiratis.

Qualifications

  • Greet visitors and assist with initial queries.

This role supports the department which has regional responsibility on various matters Real Estate related Travel Logistics and -the-job training for this role will give you exposure to all the previously mentioned. Your Day-to-Day
  • Greeting visitors
  • Answering phones and routing calls
  • Preparing security badges
  • Copying / collating and ordering supplies
  • Scheduling conference rooms
  • Data entry and other clerical and support tasks as requested
What You Bring to The Team
  • Receptionist experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required in English and Arabic.
  • Must be an outgoing and motivated individual
  • High school diploma or equivalent
