Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist/Administration role based in Dubai. The individual will be responsible for performing receptionist/administrative duties, such as greeting visitors, and administrative activities, maintaining tidy and organized workspaces, The role will contribute to a smooth and welcoming office environment while ensuring high standards of customer service and team communication support.

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients.
  • Office Maintenance & Cleanliness
  • Handle office supplies and general office organization.
  • Support the management team with basic administrative tasks
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to boss and visitors.
  • Assist in stock-taking of office and pantry supplies.
  • Perform any other related duties assigned by management.
