Job Description

Your passion and energy will be essential as you welcome our guests and support them through their check-in and check-out procedures. Your natural, down-to-earth manner will help you manage guest expectations in a fast-paced environment. With a keen eye for detail, you will follow procedures meticulously. Managing payments will be second nature to you, and you will have excellent data entry skills to support accurate reporting.

Main Responsibilities Include
  1. Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and suppliers, answering telephone calls with a warm, timely welcome in line with our brand standards.
  2. Answer guest-related queries and provide information on promotions, room prices, activities, and local events to ensure guest satisfaction.
  3. Ensure payments are processed according to cash handling procedures and manage reservations and cancellations efficiently.
  4. Identify corporate leads and build long-term relationships.
  5. Promote online presence and gather customer feedback.
  6. Monitor online guest feedback and explore options for improvement.
  7. Carry out general office duties, including correspondence, emails, and filing, to ensure smooth reception operations. Maintain appropriate stock of supplies and stationeries.
  8. Communicate effectively with all departments regarding guest requests and complaints to ensure seamless service delivery.
  9. Ensure the safety of all guests in accordance with safety procedures and guidelines.

You Must Have / Be
