About the Role:

We are looking for a professional, customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors in our Developer’s Sales Office. This role involves overseeing front desk activities, supporting administrative functions, and maintaining a welcoming office atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors
  • Answer, filter, and direct incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable
  • Assist the sales and office teams with daily administrative tasks
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail; coordinate courier services
  • Provide general support to senior management as required
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within a real estate
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities (in person and over the phone)
  • Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy front desk setting
  • Strong communication skills, English proficiency plus Russian, Turkish or European language
