Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Receptionist role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, managing front desk operations, welcoming guests, and answering phone calls. Daily responsibilities include scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, performing administrative and clerical tasks, and providing exemplary customer service to patients and other stakeholders to ensure a professional and efficient front desk experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in phone etiquette and managing receptionist duties.
  • Proficiency in performing clerical tasks and managing day‑to‑day administrative operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients and team members.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine commitment to providing a welcoming and positive experience.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment, scheduling systems, and basic computer applications.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in health care industry is must.

Salary Range : 5000 to 6000 AED
