Real Estate Agent | Secondary Market

We are looking for a qualified property agent responsible for marketing and leasing buildings for our realty company. The role involves expanding our customer base by generating leads, advising clients on market conditions, and setting competitive market prices. The agent will also be responsible for creating property listings and presenting purchase offers to vendors.

A state license is required for consideration. Candidates should be in good standing with the local Realtor board and have relevant sales experience.

Property Agent Responsibilities

1. Getting clients to buy, sell, or rent properties.
2. Advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and mortgages.
3. Developing competitive market prices by comparing properties.
4. Creating listings for sale properties, including details like location, features, and size.
5. Showing properties to potential buyers and tenants.
6. Providing purchase offers to vendors.
7. Assisting in negotiations between buyers and sellers.
8. Reviewing purchase agreements to ensure terms are met.
9. Promoting properties through advertisements, listings, and open houses.
10. Preparing contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other relevant documents.
