Responsibilities

• Source, interview, and recruit real estate agents for sales and rental divisions.
• Conduct regular training sessions on sales strategies and negotiation skills.
• Set monthly and quarterly KPIs for agents and monitor performance.
• Analyze market trends and provide sales strategies.
• Assist agents with documentation and compliance requirements.
• Lead weekly meetings and maintain a motivating work environment.
• Promote a culture of teamwork and continuous learning.
