Qualifications

• Proven experience (2-5 years) as a corporate trainer, sales trainer, or L&D professional in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of property sales, real estate laws, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging training programs for new and existing real estate agents.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new joiners.
• Identify training needs through performance analysis.
• Create training materials including presentations and e-learning modules.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and surveys.
