Qualifications

2-6 years of tele sales experience in real estate.
Multilingual fluency in languages (Hindi essential).
Professional-level English communication.
Currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.

Responsibilities

Connect with potential clients via outbound calls, building rapport and qualifying interest in projects from Tier 1 developers (EMAAR, SOBHA, BINGHATTI, among others).
Schedule video call meetings with clients and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
Follow up strategically with prospects across the buying journey.
Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
